These photos are a little grainy. I used my iPad II during a quick hike on a cold, Christmas Eve morning.
What? Don't you wake up on Christmas Eve and think, "photo shoot!"

Lauren braved the cold for a few shots. Bless her heart.

I just love the photo above. She felt silly not smiling at the camera and looking away but she is usually a good sport! I used a filter called "Dusk" on PicMonkey.

Thanks so much for stopping by and sharing in one of the most important parts of my life - family!

  2. How lovely. I would totally be willing to take a chilly winter hike for a photo shoot with my family too. Grainy or not, the pictures and the subject are quite beautiful. I am dropping by today from the Our Everyday Harvest's blog hop. I'm also a new follower. I hope that you can drop by and say hello.

  6. Just stopped in from Sunday Social, hi. Love the pictures of your daughter? I like picmonkey it makes my horrible pictures into not-so-horrible. I only do basic things like lighten, and crop. I'll try using one of the filters. I hope you keep telling what you do, maybe I can learn something.
